Next to the sweet shop is the gift shop selling a selection of locally made gifts like pottery paintings hand crafted items locally mad jams biscuits and preserves and much more. Holly works in the gift shop in the summer and is training to be a teacher her mum and dad are very proud she is the first person in her family to go to university but they do worry about her when she is so far away up in Exeter but at least she has her friend martin there they have been friends sins the day they started school there mums always hoped they would be more than friends but that never happened.
