I have not forgot my blog but I have not done anything on my houses  for a couple of weeks  as I have been busy setting up my Etsy shop which is going well lots of views and some sales . I will  be getting back to my houses this week but with all this lovely sun it is tempting to be outside. I hope you are all well and I will be back soon to tell you what is happening in the bay

I love making things food from fimo perfume bottles from beads gift bags and boxes from paper and card doing paint effects on plane wood items and even a bit of sewing. some one suggested I should try selling some of my things on Etsy and at first I thought no one would want to buy my things but the more I thought about it the more I liked the idea I have sold a few things on eBay before usually if I made something and then decided not to use it in my houses or did not have room I have always had good feedback on the  things I sold so I have decided to give it a go what do I have to lose. I looked around and there are people on Etsy and at fairs that sell the most  beautiful item that have hours and hours of amazing  work in them then there are on line and real shops that sell a lot of mass-produced factory made items that are ok but everyone has the same things . we would all love to fill are projects with the very beautiful things  but sadly most of us cannot afford to and probably buy one or two of these items and need to use less expensive things to fill the rooms up so I thought this is what I would try and do things that are a bit more individual than the factory made things but more affordable than the beautiful  top of the range items so I will be using bought furniture   and giving it a makeover  I will make most of the accessory myself using fimo beads, card, paper, metal findings, ribbon and fabric . I would never sell anything I would not use in my Owen projects. The market stall has a use at last and it is none of the things I was going to do this was one of the ideas I had that would not go away and as I had no shop to use I used the market stall but I think one day it will move into a shop as I cannot get all the thing I want to do on the stall theirs lots more to go on it yet but some things the paint is drying and others I still need to make but her it is from the start  to how it looks now hope you like it does not have a name yet so if anyone has one for it leave a comment.

 I really should get the holiday let finished but I cannot get motivated I have had some ideas for new projects and they will not go away so I have spent all my time planning and looking at things on the internet. how do some people do it they work  on one thing at a time and do not start anything new until it is finished some even work on one room at a time I am terrible for going from one thing to another . I will tell you about the new ideas very soon when I have finished planning

Well it is the start of the summer season in the bay and everyone is  getting ready  for all the visitors the life guard as  put on his shorts and opened up his hut  and the push and Judy show is  all ready  to keep the children  entertained  so mum and dad can relaxes for five minuets

There are some jobs you just keep avoiding and I had a few of those so today I made a start on them the sweet shop fish shop and gift shop need backs on them but his was a big job as I had to move the houses on top of them and then move them so I could get behind so I did this and some of the lights needed fixing so did that at the same time dusted everything and put it all back and then put new tiles on the pavement outside the houses. the beach shop need a back as well but that was not as hard to get to I also put flooring in the beach shop and fixed a couple of lights in one of the houses .there are still a lot more little jobs to do but it was a good

At last a bit of progress on the holiday let the new beds and chest of drawers for the bedroom have arrived when they came they were just unfinished white wood so I gave most of them a culler wash of white paint but the tops where just done with clear mat varnish so now I need to make the bedding and put a wall in-between the bedroom and bathroom and the bedroom will be finished

Still not a lot happening in the bay it’s not looking good  for the extra rooms on the holiday let getting  finished for the bank holiday  the weather is holding up the wall  to go in-between  the bedroom and bathroom  and we are waiting for  delivery of  the beds  when they arrive they will need to be finished  they are unfinished and I need to decide do I paint them or use a wood stain then I will need to make the bedding  I am not Shure about coolers  yet I will have to see what I have to make it with really not Shure how I want it to look. I am feeling a bit down because I have so many ideas for things I would love to do in the bay but I really have run out of room cannot see where I can squeeze any more property’s in I suppose I should concentrate on finishing some of the ones I have the sweet shop and the fish shop really need a lot of attention and one of the cottages needs doing but I keep seeing property’s and having new ideas
