Well it has been a busy day I still have a couple ox boxes and selves to sort out but the room is looking so much better I feel like I want to come in here and work now . We moved lots of things out and had a trip to the tip. I have two extra bookcases to store things and room for one more set of drawers.  I got mdf to go on top of the bookcases and covered it in floor tiles these are great as they whip clean and look like stone floor to put my houses on. I cut some card to fit my desk and put the same tiles on it so I do not have to worry about glue or paint when I am working. You can sit on the sofa now so I can have visitors or just get cosy with a dolls house magazine. The inside of my houses looks like there has been an earthquake but I can get to them now to sort them seems like a big job so I will do one at a time till they are all back how they should be.

And best of all a big empty space to fill

Well I am back from a wet weekend in Cornwall had a lovely time but I did not get to go to the places I wanted to tack some photos for an idea I had. So today I am going to start cleaning and reorganising the dolls house room it is going to be a big job but needs doing. I need more storage for the things for my Etsy shop. The good bit is I think I will get 1 or 2 new houses in. there are going to be some changes to the houses and shops I have some will just be cleaned and dusted but some will be changed and one day hopefully they will all be finished but that will take some time. I will keep you all up to date with how things are going.

These are old photos but this is the room before you cannot see but the rest of the room is used by my husband for his DVD collection TV and placation these are going to make room for more storage and more houses.

I am going to Cornwall again on Thursday I know only been back 4 weeks I cannot keep away. When I come back I am going to get the dolls house room sorted I need more storage for the things for my shop and I am hoping this will give me room for  one more house possibly 2 and I am thinking of moving some of the ones I have. The new one will be a b&b so I will be looking at some buildings when I am away to get ideas and I think the inside I will be doing shabby chic. Well that’s all for now I will be back on Monday hopefully with lots of new ideas.

I have been busy to day working on some shabby chic bedroom furniture for my shop I really like these and I am tempted to keep them for one of my cottages.

I  got a bit of work done not very much but it is a start I have put new carpet in the bedroom of the holiday let and painted the furniture to match and I have put new till floor in the bathroom and put a wall to separate the two rooms. I do not think I will put a door on as there is not a lot of room but I was thinking about a bedded curtain for a bit of privacy and a nice seaside look. I need to make a shower curtain. I also put some tea coffee and sugar on a shelf in the kitchen so gest can have a nice drink when they arrive. This is only a small project and has been done mostly with things I had so as not cost a lot but I really enjoy doing it.
